Step 2 - Show and Go!
Set up House Search in Bright MLS I willl set up a search for you based on the type of house you want and amenities.
Pre-Qualification Referral - I will refer you to a trusted Mortgage Representative so you can get prequalified for a mortgage.
Showings - one call away. Like a house and want to see it, just give me a call and I will schedule a showing appointment.
Terms and Conditions of Offer - I will send you a term sheet via Docusign to complete and sign to be used for an offer.
Offer - Using term sheet, I will prepare the offer for me to send and present it to the Lsiting Agent.
Supporting Docs for Offer - I will provide supporting docs required to submit with the offer and have you review and sign them.
Estimated Buyer Net Sheet - I will prepare this sheet to review with you so you understand your estimated mortgage payment and cash needed to close.
Negotiations and Contract to Close - As a Dual Agent or with the Listing Agent, I will negotiate the offer and if accepted navigate the contract to close.

Do i need a signed Buyer Agreement to work with a Buyer Agent?
YES - If you ware working with a Buyer Agent, you need a written and signed Buyer Agency Agreement prior to them showing you a house.
Do I need to use you as my buyer agent if i sign a non-exclusive buyer agency agreement?
NO - If you sign a NON-EXCLISIVE Buyer Agency Agreement you have a choice as to whether you use me or not. However, once I show you the property, I would become the procuring agent to the extent an offer was submitted and accepted.
Can I cancel my “non-exClusive buyer agency agreement with you?
YES - Buyer and/or Buyer Agent may negotiate to cancel the non-exclusive buyer agency agreement at any time.
